What is the refund policy?
There is a 30 day refund policy, which means that if you change your mind within 30 days of buying your ticket, you can get your money back, no questions asked. Please also note the details of all ticket holders will be shared with 3 collaborative businesses involved with the event.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Mindspace is wheelchair accessible, with lifts across the floors. If you have any accessibility concerns, please get in touch [email protected] and we can advise you.
Will the talks be recorded?
No, the talks won’t be recorded, so make sure you get in the room where it’s all happening!
Can I claim VAT back on these tickets?
The prices displayed on the website are VAT inclusive, so if you’re VAT-registered in the UK, absolutely.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue address is 142-146 Old Street, so your best bet is getting the tube or train to Old Street and then a 3 minute walk. Alternatively, there’s plenty of busses that will drop you off pretty much at the door, or of course a taxi.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
Although this is incredibly unlikely, if FML does have to be cancelled, you’ll get a full refund.
Final question…you know what FML stands for, right?!
That’s part of the reason we went with it! In my career as a fashion consultant, I’ve seen and spoken to thousands of fashion founders who loved their work, but whose first thought when it came to marketing was ‘FML’. We exist to flip that narrative, and make marketing enjoyable and strategic.

With over 15 years of experience in retail across buying, design and sales (and a fair bit of disillusionment for how traditional “big” labels were doing it), I set up my business to help independent fashion brands succeed in an ever-evolving industry.
Some people call me a fashion brand therapist or the friendly face in fashion; and now, we can add the founder of Fashion Marketing Live to that list. This event was born from the fact that there really was nothing fun and educational for fashion brand owners, even though they are the hardest-working, most fun, incredible people I’ve ever met.
