The Talent Summit is the virtual opening day of the Fashion Career Fair 2026, designed to help fashion talent prepare for the changing world of work.
Hear directly from fashion employers, HR leaders and industry professionals about the skills employers are looking for, the roles they struggle to fill and what it takes to build a successful career in fashion.
You’ll also choose from practical workshops focused on building your visibility and career, or understanding how fashion businesses make money and where different roles fit into the industry.
The day closes with a briefing on the in-person Career Fair, including what to expect, how to prepare and how talent will connect with employers on Day 2.

Day 2 brings fashion talent and employers together in Lagos for a full day of recruitment, career development and industry connections.
The day begins with the Fashion Employer Town Hall, bringing fashion businesses and industry stakeholders together to discuss workforce challenges, skills gaps, recruitment and the future of work in Nigeria’s fashion industry.
From 12:00 PM, the Career Fair opens to registered talent. Meet fashion employers, attend speed interviews, explore job and freelance opportunities, get CV and portfolio support, receive career guidance and connect with industry professionals.
