Orlando ladies, get ready for an unforgettable afternoon of Pilates, fashion, Prosecco, delicious food, poolside relaxation, and meaningful connections!
We're bringing together women from across Orlando for an elevated wellness experience at the beautiful Castle Hotel, where you can move your body, embrace your confidence, meet new friends, and enjoy a little luxury!
Whether you're coming solo or bringing your girls, there's a place for you here. No experience needed, just come ready to have an amazing time!

💕 Session 1: 2:00 PM
💕 Session 2: 3:30 PM
Each session includes:
- 45-minute beginner-friendly Pilates class designed for all fitness levels.
- An exclusive athleisure fashion show immediately following your Pilates session!
- Pilates mats provided — no equipment necessary!
- Access to our wellness, beauty, and fashion vendors.
- Pool and hot tub access following your session.
- Opportunities to connect and network with amazing women throughout Orlando.
Arrival: We encourage you to arrive early by 2PM to explore our vendors, shop, and mingle! At minimum, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled Pilates session so we can begin promptly.

Just your swimsuit, cover-up, and a change of clothes for the pool! We'll take care of the Pilates mats and the rest of the experience.
