The Intermediate Barefoot Massage class is designed for experienced barefoot massage therapists looking to broaden their approach and build on foundational techniques. This training focuses on deeper, more intentional bodywork—equipping you to hold long trigger point compressions and deliver smooth, gliding strokes to the anterior and lateral aspects of the body with confidence and control.
You’ll learn how to effectively address often-overlooked yet critically important areas such as the posterior and lateral cervical muscles, psoas and other hip flexors, Quadratus Lumborum (QL), and adductors. These techniques are essential for improving mobility, posture, and relieving deep-set tension in your clients.
Throughout the course, you'll refine your pressure, pacing, and footwork while developing a deeper understanding of the body's structural patterns. This class is both a powerful clinical upgrade and a natural next step for therapists ready to elevate the therapeutic impact of their barefoot practice.
