Fascia Yoga

HK Higher Knowing Owner, Erin Doty has offered Fascia Yoga classes since 2015.

Unwind stuck tension, anxious, overwhelmed, and stressed energy.

• Nourish the nervous system with yoga, specific breath and somatic techniques, and increase fluid fascia (connective tissue).
• Understand how to safely unwind tension in the fascia, and how the fascia connects the body and mind.
• Increase mobility of the head, neck, shoulders, spine, and low back.
• Balance the body, mind, emotions, and energy.
• Soften overwhelm, anxiety, and grief.
• Recalibrate with this class weekly in person and live on Zoom to learn techniques for inner calm and stress reduction.
• Transform pain, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
• Class includes gentle fascia yoga with breathing and nervous system regulation techniques and concludes with yoga nidra.
• Deeply relax, reset, and renew.
