About this Event
A group event designed to help you connect with, and care for the connective tissue system (your fascia) that surrounds and supports muscles, organs, and the full “map” of your movement. In the body, fascia isn’t just passive wrapping, it’s part of how we store sensation, motion patterns, emotions, and memories. When fascia becomes restricted from stress, posture habits, or overuse, movement can feel tight, sticky, or protected. By gently exploring your body through mindful movement, you can create more spaciousness, restore mobility, and support how your body communicates through motion. In addition, releasing blocked emotions creates an environment for your body to heal and thrive.
At this Human Garage style event, you’ll come together as a community while certified Human Garage coaches guide the room. Everyone participates in a structured flow of guided maneuvers, and you can expect some hands-on support as well. This is an evening focused on body movement and self-care, whether you’re working with areas that feel tense, trying to move more freely, or simply wanting to check in with your body in a supportive group setting.
You’re invited to attend with an open mind and an open heart, to bring yourself as you are, set aside ego, and enjoy this time both for yourself and with others. No experience is needed. Come as you are, and let the coaches and the group help you create a more comfortable relationship with your fascia and the way your body moves.
