Farmington Young Entrepreneurs MarketWe're so excited to celebrate the creativity, talent, and hard work of the young entrepreneurs in the Farmington neighborhood! Whether you're selling baked treats, handmade crafts, or something uniquely your own, we can't wait to see what you've created.
Who Can Participate?
The market is open to children and teens who live in the Farmington community or members of the Farmington Pool. We love seeing businesses that are kid-made, kid-grown, or kid-run! Parents are required to help with setup and support throughout the event, while letting the kids shine as the business owners.
What Can You Sell? Some fun ideas include:
• Baked goods
• Lemonade or bottled drinks
• Handmade soaps and bath products
• Jewelry and accessories
• Arts and crafts
• Plants and flowers
• Home décor
• Any other creative, kid-made products!
Do you offer services such as pet sitting, driveway snow removal, etc? You can also participate to offer your services!
Setting Up Your Booth
To help make your booth your own, we recommend bringing:
• A tent, table and chairs
• A tablecloth or fun decorations
• Plenty of products to sell
• Cash and/or an electronic payment option if you'd like
• Clearly marked prices to make shopping easy
Selling Food?
If you're offering homemade treats, individually wrapping them and providing an ingredient list is a thoughtful way to help shoppers, especially those with food allergies.
