Learn the secrets of crafting your own fresh basil pesto where you will harvest your own basil and transform it into a delicious sauce.
About this Event

Hong Kong’s First Farm-to-Jar Workshop: Guests harvest fresh basil directly from our on-site vertical Smart Farm Lab and transform it into their own jar of pesto in just 60 minutes — a true seed-to-table journey.

Botany + STEAM Fusion: A short guided tour explains how basil grows in our smart vertical farm, combined with simple hydroponics science and a take-home mature basil .

Authentic Culinary Theatre: Participants taste their handmade pesto paired with sourdough bread baked in our Neapolitan oven, creating a memorable, premium experience unique to SEED.

Terms & Conditions:

◾ Event cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8+ or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted; reschedule is allowed but non-refundable.

◾ Participants must be at least 4 years old to participate in the event. For the safety of all attendees, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

◾ 門票不可轉讓及退換，購買後恕不退款

◾ 每位參加者需於到場時出示確認訊息

◾ 活動期間將進行拍攝，照片或作日後本餐廳社交平台及網站宣傳用途

◾ 如活動當日懸掛八號或以上風球 / 黑色暴雨警告，活動將取消並不作另行通知，受影響參加者可安排改期，但費用不予退還
