Gather with friends, family, and fellow community members for an unforgettable five-course dining experience featuring locally raised 4-H beef and fresh, locally grown vegetables, expertly prepared by Bella Cucina Chef Adam.

APPETIZER
Steak & Egg Ravioli
Handmade Italian ravioli filled with egg yolk and seasoned ricotta cheese lightly simmered, served with thinly sliced roasted strip loin, topped with brown butter sauce and shaved black truffles.
SOUP
White Asparagus & Smoked Salmon Bisque
Rich and creamy white asparagus bisque filled with smoked salmon morsels and caramelized roasted leeks, topped with chive oil and aged Manchego cheese.
SALAD
Strawberry Burrata Salad
Fresh mozzarella ball filled with cream & cheese curd split open, topped with sliced strawberries & slow roasted heirloom cherry tomatoes, drizzled with limoncello vinaigrette & finished with micro arugula
ENTRÉE
Ba Ba Blue Filet
Char grilled filet of beef cooked medium rare, topped with sheeps milk ba ba blue cheese & clover honeycomb, accompanied with oven roasted dauphinoise potatoes & julienne vegetable medley.
DESSERT
White Peach Tart
Shortbread crust filled with sweet white peach custard, topped with smoked rum simple syrup, vanilla bean whipped cream & toasted candied almonds.
