Join us for our first farm-to-table dinner in the newly expanded Ozarks Farm Stop, featuring Dyllan Dale of Wild Foods by Dyllan — The Ozarks Foraging Chef.Bringing the flavors of the forest and field to you through fine dining experiences.
Dyllan will create an intimate five-course dinner inspired by the Ozarks, bringing together ingredients from our local farms, fields and forests. Arrive at 5:00 PM to mingle, explore the expanded Farm Stop and settle in for the evening. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM.
The evening will feature two proteins, locally grown seasonal vegetables, foraged flavors, and dessert. The menu will be gluten-free, with an Alpha-gal-friendly option available.
