Before we tuck the farm in for winter, we’re throwing one final twilight celebration! Join us to celebrate the end of the harvest season with an interactive, hands-on evening for the whole family. Instead of throwing away your old Autumn pumpkins, bring them to the farm park for our Great Pumpkin Smash! After breaking them down, you’ll get to hand-deliver the chunks to our goats and chickens as a sweet late-autumn treat. Event Highlights:
The Pumpkin Smash Zones: Drop pumpkins from our raised safe platform or slingshot them to smash them into feed-sized chunks.
Animal Meet & Greet: Help farm staff spread fresh straw to bed the animals down for winter and grab a picture at the horse stall.
Educational Talks: Enjoy brief 5-minute sessions every half hour to learn how farm animals adapt to the freezing weather.
Golden-Hour Photo Stations: Capture cozy family memories at the rustic Harvest Porch, the decorated fall carriage, the twinkling hay bales, or our interactive "Thankful Heart" whiteboard wall.
What to Know Before You Go:
Bring Your Pumpkins: Bring your leftover, unpainted, and whole pumpkins from home to smash, or pick from the farm's remaining inventory. (very limited stock please bring your own to ensure family fun)
Best Photo Times: The ideal lighting for golden-hour family photos will be between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM.
Attire: Please dress warmly for an outdoor autumn evening and wear comfortable shoes suitable for farm terrain.
Fee: $5 per person (Children under 1 are FREE)
