It’s a Leadership, STEM, and Wellness Experience designed to build confidence, spark curiosity, and expose girls to new opportunities.

Hosted by DETOUR Empowers, this program is designed specifically for girls in grades 4–8 and is rooted in our proven F.A.N.C.Y. leadership model, which has helped thousands of girls build confidence, leadership skills, and future readiness.
