Family Yoga-thon is back at Suedel Therapeutics and Wellness!This month we’re heading outside (in our imaginations!) with the story Trish’s Fall Photography: A Kids Yoga Autumn Book. Families will follow Trish on an autumn adventure, moving through yoga poses inspired by everything she snaps along the way: crunchy leaves, tall trees, busy animals, and all the colors of fall. 🍂🦉🌳
Expect story time, movement, breath work, and plenty of giggles. It’s a sweet hour to slow down, connect, and move together as a family. 💛
