About this Event
Family Meal is a restaurant term for the meal the staff make and share before or after service. In our Family Meal classes, a chef shows you a favorite home dish, tells you where it comes from, and then we all sit down and eat together.
This one is paella with Chef Luis. It's a relaxed, informal demonstration class in a chef's home in Chapel Hill, full of tips, tricks and several recipes. No cooking experience needed. Adults and children 12 and up are welcome, and children come with a parent.
Scholarships are available, and we welcome sponsors. Just ask us.
When you book, give us first names for name tags, any dietary needs, and anything else we should know, like a birthday. We send the address once you book.
Refunds and transfers: more than 7 days before class, full refund. 2 to 7 days before, you can transfer your seat. Less than 2 days before, no refund or transfer.
