Join Kitty and Laura for an afternoon of Halloween family yoga fun, gentle movement, and creative play! We will start with an interactive, story-based yoga flow filled with playful poses, mindful breathing and family fun.Afterwards, spark your imagination with a hands-on craft session where everyone can make their own spooky creation to take home. Costumes are highly encouraged but not essential.
All ages welcome Yoga and activities will be aimed at ages 0-6years, so come with a playful mind. Ticket Includes 1 adult and up to 2 children
