April's Family Group Session focuses on Positive Intent, the practice of assuming the best in others and approaching relationships with understanding, curiosity, and grace. When we choose to see beyond mistakes, misunderstandings, or difficult moments, we create stronger connections and foster a more supportive family environment.
It's easy to make assumptions when tensions are high, but positive intent invites us to pause and consider that others are often doing the best they can with the tools and experiences they have. Join us as we explore how shifting our perspective can strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and build deeper trust within our families.
Through this evidence-based, trauma-informed program, families will learn how to:
