About this Event
March's Family Group Session focuses on Empathy, the ability to understand, connect with, and support one another through life's everyday moments. When we pause to see situations through another person's eyes, we create stronger relationships, deeper trust, and more meaningful connections within our families.
Parenting can be fast-paced and challenging, but some of the most important moments happen when we slow down and respond with understanding rather than reaction. Join us as we explore how empathy helps us meet ourselves and others where they are, navigate difficult emotions, and strengthen family relationships through compassion and connection.
Through this evidence-based, trauma-informed program, families will learn how to:
- Recognize and understand the feelings and perspectives of others
- Respond to challenges with compassion and patience
- Build stronger connections through active listening and understanding
- Embrace each moment as it comes and support one another through life's ups and downs
✨ Childcare and meals provided! Bring your experiences, your questions, and an open heart. Connect with other families, gain new perspectives, and leave with practical tools to create a more compassionate, understanding, and connected home.
