About this Event
February's Family Group Session focuses on Choices, exploring the power we each have to shape our own attitudes, actions, and responses. While we can't control other people's behavior, we can control how we show up, the decisions we make, and the example we set for our children. Positive change begins with us.
Parenting often comes with situations we wish we could fix or change for others, but lasting growth starts when we focus on what is within our own control. Join us as we discuss practical ways to make intentional choices, build healthy habits, and model personal responsibility, resilience, and self-awareness for our families.
Through this evidence-based, trauma-informed program, families will learn how to:
- Identify the difference between what they can and cannot control
- Make intentional choices that support personal and family growth
- Take responsibility for their own actions, attitudes, and responses
- Model positive decision-making and accountability for their children
✨ Childcare and meals provided! Bring your questions, experiences, and goals for growth. Connect with other families, gain practical insights, and leave empowered to make choices that create positive change in your life and home.
