Family Fun: Cannoli (Parent + Child)

About this Class: Bring your bambini and get ready to cook! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our signature recipe with your child from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home! Our Scuola Chef will then prepare the dish for you to taste in class. 

About this Dish: One of the most beloved Italian desserts, cannoli are Sicilian crispy fried pastry tubes piped with a sweet creamy filling of ricotta, mascarpone, or pastry cream. You’ll often see them studded with chocolate or chopped pistachios

In this Class You Will: 

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Cannoli 

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Cannoli

• Make your own Cannoli by hand 

• Enjoy a menu featuring Cannoli and a drink of choice (wine or soft drink) 

Please Note: 

• One ticket purchase is valid for one parent + one child. If you plan to bring more than one child, please select “Child Ticket” for each additional child.

• This class is intended for children ages 4+, with an adult chaperone. 

• Seating is first-come, first-served
