💙 WHY DO WE CLIMB?
Behind all of the fun is a cause incredibly close to our hearts.
The Climb raises awareness and support for perinatal mental health—the emotional and mental health of parents during pregnancy and after having a baby.
Postpartum depression, anxiety, and other perinatal mental health conditions affect more families than many people realize, yet so many parents struggle quietly or don’t know where to turn for help.
The Climb is about changing that.
It’s about creating a community where parents feel seen, supported, and comfortable asking for help. It’s about connecting families with resources. And it’s about reminding every parent who is struggling: you do not have to climb alone.
💙 WANT TO SUPPORT THE CLIMB?
Every dollar raised through The Climb supports Postpartum Support International’s work to increase awareness, resources, education, and support for perinatal mental health.
Whether you’re joining us in person, donating from afar, or helping us spread the word, you’re helping us reach more parents and families.
Donate or join our fundraising efforts here:

You do NOT have to have personally experienced a perinatal mental health condition to join us.
Come because you’re a parent. Come to support someone you love. Come for the kids’ activities. Come to learn. Come to walk with us.
Everyone is welcome. 💙
Click “Going” or “Interested,” invite another family, and help us spread the word! The more families we reach, the more awareness we can bring to a cause that deserves to be talked about.
