About this Event
Your relationships, your couple, your history, the way you see the world: in a constellation, a group helps you look at them differently. One Sunday in Berlin, held entirely in English, with French author and facilitator Stephan Schillinger.
What is a constellation?
A constellation lays out in a room the relationships you usually carry only in your head. No script, no acting: the people standing in move as their bodies prompt them, and a living map of your bonds appears.
Born from family constellations, it reaches far beyond the family: your history, your relationships and your couple, an addiction, the trace of a trauma, or the way you see the world.
What it is, and what it is not
This is neither fortune-telling nor an attempt to impose any particular truth. It is an invitation to let what needs to be seen, acknowledged and set in motion emerge through the body and the group.
Symbolic and intuitive in nature, constellations steer clear of dogmatic or authoritative interpretations. We will not seek answers so much as allow ourselves to feel, and perhaps to perceive certain aspects of our stories in a different light. Everyone's pace, consent and personal boundaries are respected throughout.
Who is it for?
Come with a specific issue or question, or simply with the desire to take part, as a representative or a witness. You do not need to bring a question of your own to be touched by the day, and no prior experience of constellations is needed.
