Family Constellations in Cascais – Sunday, 27 September
Family Constellations is a powerful way to explore what may be underneath a feeling, pattern or situation that keeps coming back in your life.
During a group constellation, one person brings a personal question or theme and chooses people from the group to represent different members or elements of their system.
As a participant, you may be invited to step into one of these roles. You don’t need to act or know anything about the person’s story — you simply notice what you feel, sense or experience. It can be surprisingly profound, and participating in someone else’s constellation can bring insights into your own life as well.
You can also simply observe, and you are always free to say no to a role.
