Make room for a new perspective this Christmas.
Christmas can bring warmth and connection. It can also bring familiar tensions, expectations, or the absence of someone we miss. This afternoon is an invitation to pause, explore what matters to you, and consider how you'd like to meet your family and the year ahead.
Join Daniel Del Monte in Bondi Junction for a Family Constellations workshop exploring family relationships, belonging and the patterns we carry. You might come with something that has stayed with you this year, or simply with curiosity and a wish for a fresh perspective.
In a constellation, participants are invited to represent people or elements connected to a person's chosen theme. Daniel guides what unfolds between the representatives, so new perspectives can emerge. You don't need prior experience, detailed family history, or relatives attending with you.
The Christmas theme is an invitation, not a limit: family, partnerships, loss, work and other personal topics are welcome. You choose what to share and whether to represent.

- Family gatherings bring up old tensions, expectations or roles.
- You're missing someone this Christmas, or someone feels missing from the family story.
- A pattern in your family or relationships keeps repeating.
Choose your way to take part
Full Constellation Place — A$180 + Eventbrite fee | 7 places
Bring a personal theme and receive your own constellation facilitated by Daniel. You'll also take part in the rest of the workshop, witnessing and, if you choose, representing in other constellations.
Community Place — A$90 + Eventbrite fee | 23 places
Constellations can't happen without representatives, so your presence is part of the work. Experience the whole afternoon through witnessing, reflection and optional representation. This is a way to explore the practice and notice what resonates with your own life, without having your own constellation. You're welcome to observe and can always decline an invitation to represent.
How the afternoon unfolds
We'll begin with a welcome and grounding practice, followed by live constellations, breaks and space for reflection. We'll close together with time to settle and consider what you're taking away. The pace will follow the group and the work, with no fixed timetable for individual constellations.
Practical details
- Saturday 5 December 2026, 1:30–7:30 pm. Please arrive at 1:30 pm; we'll settle in together and leave time to close and clear the room by 7:30 pm.
- Mill Hill Centre Community Hall, 33 Spring Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2031.
- Up to 30 participants. Adults 18+. Beginners welcome.
- Bring water, a notebook and pen, comfortable clothes, and a cushion or blanket if you like.
- The hall doesn't allow food to be served, so eat beforehand or bring a snack for the breaks. Cafés are a short walk away.
Photos and video
Parts of the workshop will be photographed and filmed for Daniel's social media, including Instagram and Facebook. Personal stories will not be published. You'll be asked in the booking questions whether you're happy to appear. If you choose No, or tell Daniel on arrival, you won't be included in any photos or videos shared. Your choice does not affect your participation.
After the workshop
You'll receive a follow-up email with gentle reflection and integration notes.
About Daniel
Daniel Del Monte is a Family Constellations facilitator based in Bondi, Sydney, offering group workshops and individual sessions in English and Italian. His approach emphasises respect, choice and space for each person's experience.
Participation and refunds
Family Constellations is a practice for self-exploration and does not replace medical or psychological care. Experiences vary, and no particular outcome is promised.
Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event, by Saturday 21 November. Eventbrite's fee is non-refundable. Please read the Workshop Agreement & Waiver (NSW) before booking. Each participant records their agreement and filming preference in the booking form.
