Some of the patterns we carry may not begin with us.Family Constellations is an experiential way of looking at how family histories, relationships and losses may shape the way we relate to ourselves and others today.
In this full day, guided by Kafui Logah Awoonor, we begin with grounding and body awareness, then move into three constellation processes.
All three Client Seats are now taken. Representative places are still available: you step into the constellations of others, representing family members or other elements. Many people find this role brings its own insights and moments of recognition, without having to bring a theme of your own.
