Family Constellations is an experiential practice that explores the unseen patterns, relationships, and loyalties that can move through families and generations.
Sometimes what we carry didn’t begin with us.
Through constellation work, we create space to see what may be operating beneath the surface; patterns around relationships, belonging, grief, responsibility, love, family roles, and the places where we may feel stuck without fully understanding why.
During this intimate evening, Alicia Acosta will guide participants through Family Constellations in a supportive group setting. You may have the opportunity to bring forward something from your own life, participate as a representative in another person’s constellation, or simply witness the work unfolding.
You do not need to know anything about Family Constellations beforehand.
✨ During our time together, you may experience:
* Guided Family Constellation work
* Exploration of generational and relational patterns
* Opportunities to participate as a representative
* Space for reflection and integration
* Connection within a small, intentional community
* A different way of seeing what you’ve been carrying
You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on. Sometimes the first step is simply becoming curious about what is asking to be seen.
