Join us for a fun pottery class where you'll create your own fall themed ceramic leaf dish! No experience necessary, our instructor will guide you through each step, from shaping and building to unique surface design elements.Participants will receive a short studio tour & get to pick the perfect glaze for their creations. All participants’ work will be checked/looked over by the instructor to ensure it will survive the firing.
SCCA staff will fire and glaze all pieces following the class. Participants will be emailed when their pieces are complete and ready for pickup. This takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
Youth & Family Clay Workshops are creative, hands-on classes open to families and youth ages 7 and up. Kids ages 7+ may attend independently or alongside a parent or guardian. Children as young as 3 are welcome with a registered adult — in this case, both the child and accompanying adult must each register for the class. Families are encouraged to create together and make it a fun, collaborative experience!
All sign-ups are $30 per person, regardless of age. Each participant must be registered individually.
