🍂 FALL WITHIN 🍂
Fall arrives, and we can fall into fall. We can also fall within.
As the natural world begins to turn inward, Fall Within invites us to be with that movement in ourselves.
There is something about fall – the crispness in the air, the smells, the leaves turning colour and falling to the ground, the freshness. The world around us is shifting.
What happens in you when fall arrives?
Do you notice a longing for the summer that has passed? A sense of relief? A softening? Resistance to what is changing? Is there a desire to slow down, breathe deeper, come home, turn inward?
What happens when we give ourselves permission to follow the season?
Fall Within is an invitation to explore fall through movement – to dance with the season and notice what it awakens in us.
To notice and move with the changing of seasons. To feel the crispness, the spaciousness, the earthiness. To play in the leaves and dance with the darkness. To slow down, move inward – and also still dance.
To fall into the rhythm of our everyday lives, as we fall into the rhythm of the dance.
To fall into ourselves.
As the world around us turns inward, what happens when we allow ourselves to fall within?
❄️ Arctic Fox 🦊
Guided by the mystery and magic of life, Arctic Fox holds music and dance as sacred and playful rituals that connect us with the pulse of life and the heartbeat of the Earth. With deep love and reverence for movement as medicine, she experiences music as a living space where the human can meet the divine.
Her sets bridge ancient roots and the vast possibilities of electronic music, weaving earthy rhythms, deep bass, organic textures, medicine music, and playful grooves into explorations of the wild everything of existence and the liminal spaces – invitations to explore and express, to come into the body and the beat, to unfurl and to fiercely dance to the rhythm of our own inner drum. Raw, real, and alive. Embodying the knowing that dance is an essential part of being alive.
