Join the City of Beavercreek Tree Advisory Board for a Fall Tree Hike at Cinnamon Ridge Park from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17.
Enjoy a one-mile, family-friendly hike around the park while learning about trees and how to identify them. Participants will examine the leaves, bark and branching patterns of trees commonly found in the area, learn about their benefits to the local ecosystem and discover why certain species may be a good fit for their own landscapes.
Parking: Parking is available along Plattner Trail and Longmeadow Lane. Participants should meet at the nearby trailhead.
