A word about our CONTAINER:
We keep the dance floor a safe and sacred place by holding a non-verbal container for dance, free of talk. We create safety by respecting others and our own boundaries. We look out for each other by being aware of our own bodies and the bodies around us. This helps to deepen the letting go and transformation that is possible when we come together.
If you are new to dance, please read the guidelines provided when you arrive.
We agree to conscientious awareness of our health and care for the health of our community. We agree not to attend dance with cold/flu like symptoms ❤️✨
