Ministry cannot be done alone! Some of the most impactful weekends we have with our students—like Fall Retreat—are only possible because of incredible adults who are willing to step in, serve, and invest in the next generation. We would love for you to consider joining us as we make Fall Retreat 2026 an unforgettable weekend for our middle and high school students!
FALL RETREAT 2026: GUARD YOUR HEART
Theme: Guard Your Heart
Key Scripture: Proverbs 4:23 — “Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.”
Dates: November 20-22, 2026 (Friday–Sunday)
Throughout the weekend, students will learn what it means to guard their hearts in a world constantly fighting for their attention and affection. Through worship, Bible study, small groups, activities, and conversations with trusted leaders, we want students to recognize the influences and temptations around them and learn to pursue Jesus faithfully.
WHAT THE WEEKEND INCLUDES
Small-group Bible study sessions
Worship with all middle and high school students
Games and activities throughout the weekend
Meals and fellowship
Opportunities for meaningful conversations with students
Spiritual growth and practical discipleship
LOCATIONS
Fall Retreat will take place at Pine Terrace Baptist Church as well as various locations throughout Santa Rosa County.
WE NEED YOU!
A weekend like this takes a team. We need adults who are willing to serve in a variety of areas to help everything run smoothly and, most importantly, help us create an environment where students are known, loved, safe, and pointed toward Jesus.
Anyone serving with our students must have a current church background check or be willing to complete one and complete our MinistrySafe Child Protection Training. We want our students to have an incredible weekend, but their safety will always be one of our highest priorities.
To make this weekend possible, we need your help in the following ways:https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C094EAAAB29A4FBC43-66506028-fall
Whether you can serve for the entire weekend or simply help with one specific need, your willingness to serve can make a huge difference.
Thank you for helping us Reach, Disciple, and Send the next generation!
