As the world begins to slow and the seasons begin to shift, fall invites us inward — into reflection, release, gratitude, and renewal. This six-week workshop series is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through creativity, using artmaking as a space to process, restore, and reflect during the changing season.Together, we’ll explore:
Spiced Palette — watercolor paintings created with kitchen spices inspired by warmth, memory, and autumn comfort
Creative Release Paintings — intuitive paintings focused on what you are ready to let go of this season
Autumn Embers & Holding Shape — burning our release paintings followed by a watercolor leaf study exploring movement from messiness into structure and grounding
After the Flame — creating artwork using the ashes and remnants of previous creations as symbols of rebuilding and transformation
Revealed — uncovering imagery and meaning through subtraction techniques and layered mixed media
Grateful Reflections — a reflective gratitude journaling session centered on growth, healing, and carrying intention into the coming season
This workshop is not about creating “perfect” art — it is about creating space for yourself. A place to slow down, breathe, reflect, and reconnect through meaningful creative experiences.

Workshop Details:
~ Six-week series at Artful Transformations
~ Each class is two hours in length
~ Suitable for all skill levels, ages 12+
~ Small group experience — limited to just 6 participants
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified by email and your registration fee will be fully refunded.
