STRATFORD, Conn. — August 29, 2026 — Stratford Animal Care and Control and the Stratford Animal Rescue Society (STARS) invite the community to a Fall Plant Sale & Boutique on Saturday, September 26, and Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The two-day fundraiser will be held at Stratford Animal Care and Control, located at 225 Beacon Point Road in Stratford.
Visitors can welcome the fall season while shopping for mums, fall flowers, cornstalks, pumpkins, gourds, straw bales, jewelry, T-shirts, crystals, pet products, handmade crafts and more.
Proceeds from the event will benefit animals in the care of the Stratford Animal Care and Control shelter. Funds raised help STARS provide veterinary care, medications, training, enrichment supplies and other necessities that give homeless animals the best possible chance of finding loving homes.
Community members are encouraged to attend, shop locally and support the dogs, cats and kittens awaiting adoption.
