Join us for the Boone County Arboretum Fall Plant Sale on Saturday, October 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ammon Nursery in Burlington!Shop an incredible selection of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and specialty plants from nurseries and plant vendors from throughout the region, all gathered in one location.
Whether you're looking for something new for your landscape, searching for an unusual plant, or just love spending a fall Saturday surrounded by plants and fellow gardeners, there will be plenty to explore!
What you'll find at the sale:
Plant Vendors: American Adenium, Ammon Nursery, Baeten's Nursery, Bartlett Tree Experts, B.C. Nursery and Zax Rox Gift Shop, Blue Skies Bouquets, Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, Cincy Home Habitats, Dendrological Sales, Friends of BCA, Ginger and Blooms, Native Roots Plant Market, Treasure Lake Nursery and Yew Dell Botanical Gardens
Educational Booths: Arboretum on Wheels, Boone County Conservation District, Boone County Cooperative Extension, Boone County Parks, Proven Winners, Sanitation District 1 and the USDA APHIS Asian Longhorned Beetle Eradication Program
Food and Drink: Better Blend, Travelin' Tom's Coffee, Darkness Brewing and the Friends of BCA Bake Sale
A portion of participating vendors' proceeds benefits the Friends of Boone County Arboretum and helps support the Arboretum.
PRO TIP: Bring your own large wheeled wagon or cart to make transporting your plant purchases easier. Most of the nursery shopping area is gravel, so bigger wheels work best.
Please do not arrive before 9 a.m. Vendors need time and space to unload and safely move their vehicles before the sale opens.
