The Comfort Volunteer Fire Department invites you to our Fall Open House & Community Appreciation Night on October 31 from 4:30–7 PM.This event is for the entire community and all ages. Come inside the station, meet our volunteer firefighters, and get an up-close look at the rescue trucks, fire apparatus, boats, equipment and resources our volunteers use to serve the community.
We’ll be serving home-cooked food and drinks as our way of saying thank you for the incredible support Comfort continues to show our department.
Since we’ll be together on Halloween, we’ll also have candy for the kids and a costume contest with prizes—but this is much more than a trick-or-treat stop. Come stay awhile, eat with us, ask questions and get to know your local fire department.
