Join us to master the "diva" of the cookie world! In this Autumn
masterclass, we’ll strip away the intimidation of the French macaron to help
you achieve that signature ruffled "foot" and delicate crisp shell. This is a
collaborative effort designed for success: the instructor will demonstrate
the "macaronage" (batter mixing), manage the precision baking, and lead a
troubleshooting tasting, while you will get hands-on experience mastering
the piping skills, assembling the cookies, and filling them with a pumpkin
spice cream. You’ll leave with a foolproof recipe, pro storage tips, and a box
of your own handmade creations to show off at home. Space is limited, so
