Join Chef Carla for an intimate Four-Course Plated Dining Experience celebrating the rich flavors of the Lowcountry with an elegant fall touch. From the first bite to the final course, every dish is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented to give you the feeling of dining somewhere truly special.
What Awaits You
Your evening begins with creamy, Classic Deviled Eggs dusted with paprika, accompanied by two Jumbo Cocktail Shrimp and cocktail sauce.
Next, enjoy your choice of a fresh Spring Mix Salad with candied pecans, dried cranberries, baby greens, and Italian Vinaigrette, or a classic Caesar Salad with freshly shaved Parmesan and homemade croutons.
The star of the evening is Chef Carla's Lowcountry Gumbo- a soulful combination of turkey andouille sausage, tender chicken, Gulf shrimp, and sweet blue crab simmered with the Holy Trinity in a rich, tomato-based Creole sauce featuring okra. It is served with Jasmine Rice, buttery sweet cornbread, and creamy baked macaroni and cheese.
And because every memorable evening deserves a sweet ending, you'll choose between Warm Peach Cobbler or a Decadent Chocolate Brownie A' la Mode, both served with French Vanilla Ice Cream.
