About this Event
Fall has a way of slowing things down just enough to notice. Cool mornings along the High Line Canal. Leaves turning gold beneath the cottonwoods. Afternoons that feel made for being outside together.
Join us at the High Line House for our Fall in Full Color Fall Fest and Model Home Tour, a celebration of the season the way Solstice does it best. Good food, good company, and plenty of room to wander.
What's in store:
- Top Hogs Performing Pigs, a crowd favorite for every age
- Toe-tapping moments with the Rocky Mountain Rhythm Line Dance Team
- Pumpkin painting for young artists and grown-up ones too
- RC plane flight simulators for pilots in the making
- Food trucks from El Cubanozo and Big Belly Barbecue
- Sweet treats from Batter Bar Desserts and warm drinks from Supply Coffee Company
Tour the Model Homes
While you're here, take your time walking through our Shea Homes models and get to know the four collections at Solstice: Harmony, Stargaze, Horizon, and Reflection. Our sales team will be on hand to answer questions and share what everyday life here really looks like.
Bring the kids. Bring your friends. Bring a sweater, just in case.
One visit and you'll see: Magic Lives Here.
