This September, four local powerhouses are teaming up again to move, sweat, and sip for a cause close to home. umbra & sōl, Vanguard Athletic Performance, Power Yoga Canada Durham, and Town Brewery are joining forces to host an unforgettable day of community, connection, and giving back.Together, we invite you to FALL IN: Bikes · Bells · Bandhas · Beer Bash, a unique collaboration blending cycling, pilates, weightlifting, yoga, and locally crafted brews, all in support of Grandview Kids; a remarkable charity dedicated to helping children and youth live their best lives.

- COST: $45+hst (includes ONE Town Beer)
- All proceeds will go to Grandview Kids!
