On Saturday, Nov. 7, Rusconi’s American Kitchen presents an opportunity for culinary enthusiasts to “get in the kitchen” with Chef Michael Rucsoni. The Winter Harvest Luncheon and Cooking Class is an intimate cooking experience with Chef Michael, followed by a delicious seasonal luncheon.
Menu includes:
Roasted Cauliflower Soup with smoked bacon and herb aioli
Beef Tenderloin with Warm Fingerling Potato Salad, blackberry gastrique and green bean salad
White Chocolate Crème Brûlée with orange, pomegranate and pistachio dust
This experience serves as a celebration of fresh seasonal flavors and distinctive ingredients, prepared with Chef Michael’s signature flair. The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes hands-on instruction, recipes and a three-course lunch.
The cost is $95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairings are an additional $12.
