Celebrate the flavors of fall by learning the art of food preservation! Join Food Preservationist Joyce Moore for a fun, hands-on canning class where you'll learn safe techniques for canning, pickling, and preserving fresh fruits and vegetables. Take home your homemade creations and enjoy the taste of the harvest all year long. Most equipment is provided.
