Celebrate the Full Hunter’s Moon with a ‘clearing out’ restoration with Denise and special guest Katie Martin! Denise will lead a one hour slow flow practice and then segue into a guided meditation and long savasana serenaded with Sound Bath (resonating crystal and Tibetan bowls with other instruments) by Katie. Katie Martin is a Louisville-based Reiki Master and sound healer offering meditation and sound bath experiences throughout the city. She collaborates with local wellness spaces including Louisville Community Acupuncture, The Mothertree, and Sankalpa Bodyworks, creating spaces for deep rest, attunement, and healing.
