We would love for you and your family to celebrate with us!Enjoy games, giveaways, and local health and wellness vendors. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet the Avance Care team and learn more about our primary care, behavioral health, and psychiatry services.
Flu shots and blood pressure checks will also be available! Flu shot appointments can be scheduled in advance, but an appointment is not required. Walk-ups are welcome. To schedule a flu shot appointment, please call the office at 919.240.7269.
