Join us for a fall flu clinic at Snoqualmie Valley Health! We’re offering flu shot appointments at our Hospital Clinic on Saturday, October 10, and Saturday, November 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. New and established patients are welcome.
Call 425-831-2313 to make an appointment. Each person receiving a flu shot needs their own appointment, including children and other family members.
Insurance is accepted, or the self-pay cost is $35. Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you’re using insurance.
