At the end of the brewer's day, we'll take Weir Beer's fresh spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread dough. Customize your bread with flavors from our Inclusions bar, including:

• Dark Chocolate and Cherry
• UBE Cardamon and Spice
• Honey Sea Salted Whole Wheat
• Rosemary and Sea Salt

Class includes hands-on instruction, a recipe guide, and one bread in its first rise, ready to bake at home. You will bake your bread at home. Participants must be 14 or older and must have a ticket.
