About this Event
Grainbakers is bringing our Fall Flavors series to Drake's: The Barn in West Sacramento, a sprawling riverfront space with plenty of room to spread out. At the end of the day, we will use fresh spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread dough.
Come early and make an afternoon of it. Drake's: The Barn pours a wide selection of brews alongside wood fired pizza, with a dog friendly garden and riverfront views. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, so your friends can settle in while you're in class.
Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once created, you can customize your bread by adding various flavors from our Inclusions bar. This class will have many selections, including:
Pumpkin & Spice
Maple Walnut
Dark Chocolate and Cherry
UBE Cardamom and Spice (Purple Sweet Potato)
Honey Sea Salted Whole Wheat
Rosemary and Sea Salt
Cinnamon Raisin

Lecture and hands-on instruction to make artisan spent grain baked bread

You will bake your bread at home.
Participants must be 14 and have a ticket. See Kids Policy.
