Fall Equinox Candlelight Flow With Live Acoustic Music by Mike Lemey.Welcome the changing seasons with an intentional, all-levels evening yoga practice designed to ground your energy and soothe your mind. As the sun sets and the autumn equinox arrives, we will transition mindfully through a smooth, accessible vinyasa flow, balancing effort and ease.The studio will be illuminated by the warm, soft glow of candlelight, creating a peaceful sanctuary for your practice.
Elevating this sensory experience, musician Mike Lemey will accompany our movement with a live acoustic performance, weaving serene melodies that harmonize perfectly with your breath and movement.
We will conclude our journey with an extended, deeply restorative Savasana bathed in ambient candlelit acoustics.
