Join us in honoring the Fall Equinox, a powerful turning point when day and night come into balance and we’re invited to pause, reflect, and welcome the changing season.
Through a special Sound Fusion Journey Sound Bath, immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sound healing instruments. Allow the sounds to quiet the mind, soften the body, and create space for a deeper sense of balance and restoration.
Together, we’ll explore the themes of release, renewal, and intention through a simple five-element ritual craft. As we consciously let go of what no longer serves us, we create room for greater clarity, peace, grounding, and what we wish to cultivate in the season ahead.
The Fall Equinox offers a beautiful invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and the natural world, and embrace the wisdom of transition. Come settle into stillness, listen deeply, and allow sound to guide you into autumn with greater balance, intention, and ease.
Chairs and blankets are provided. Wear comfy clothes. Feel free to bring your own blankets, and pillows if you prefer.
