Connect with your inner spaciousness, clarity, heart and voice. Take time for a hike, self reflection, journaling, or nature bathing in the gentle and peaceful beauty of the grounds and nearby ocean and coastal bluffs.
The wisdom of Autumn invites both harvest and release.
- What has ripened in us that is ready to be gathered and honored?
- What have we been carrying that has completed its season?
- And what becomes possible when we make a little more space within?
We’ll explore these questions throughout our day together through yoga, meditation, breathwork, contemplation and conversation—not only thinking about them, but letting the practices help us experience what they might mean in our own lives.
Includes: a full day of yogic practices, delicious vegetarian lunch from the Green Gulch gardens, optional walk to Muir Beach, use of the grounds, and tea.
We will be joined by Michael J Padilla weaving in percussion, flute, tongue drums and other magical sound healing instruments.
About the Venue : Green Gulch Farm & Zen Center is located in Marin right off Highway 1 en route to Muir Beach and Stinson.
About 30 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge, Green Gulch sits nestled in a valley amidst rolling hills, beautiful gardens, and hiking trails that open out to the Pacific Ocean at Muir Beach. Our retreat room is surrounded by trees, birdsong and deeply peaceful energy.
In our loving circle together we activate deep and wise presence within to support clear seeing, connection to Self, arising of insights, and transformation. Profound shifts can happen even in just one day.

About Kari Marble :
Kari is a teacher of yogic wisdom and the transformational practices that build our resilience, adaptability and evolutionary capacity. She teaches meditation, breathwork, Hatha Yoga asana, Himalayan Kundalini, kriya, mantra, and mudra.
Kari is also a healing arts practitioner of modalities that work with all layers of being from the physical to the subtle energetic, from deep tissue massage and neuromuscular reprogramming to Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki.
She also has extensive and passionate expertise since 2000 in women’s health, and has empowered thousands of expectant and new parents through prenatal and postnatal yoga, massage, birth education, and baby massage and yoga.
