A free community sound bath designed to help you slow down, relax, and regulate your nervous system during this season of change.
About this Event

Change is beautiful. Give yourself space to move with it.

Fall is a season of transition. The days get shorter, our routines begin to shift, and life can start to feel a little different. In the middle of all that change, we're creating a space for you & your nervous system,to simply slow down.

During this experience, you'll be invited to get comfortable, settle into stillness, and experience the calming sounds and vibrations of a guided sound bath. No experience is necessary. This is simply a space to pause, breathe, and take a little time for yourself.

🍁 What to Expect

✨ A welcoming community environment
✨ Guided relaxation and nervous system regulation
✨ An immersive sound bath experience
✨ Time to slow down and reconnect
✨ A gentle reset during a season of change

Come exactly as you are. You don't need to know how to meditate or have any previous experience with sound baths.

💛 Free & Open to the Community

This experience is part of Think Positive Club's mission to make mental wellness resources and experiences more accessible to our community.

We're incredibly grateful to Colorful Sound Vibrations for sponsoring and facilitating this sound bath and helping us bring this experience to our community at no cost.

Space may be limited, so please RSVP to reserve your spot.

Why Think Positive Club Is Offering This

Think Positive Club is a Colorado Springs nonprofit creating accessible experiences that support mental wellness, nervous-system regulation, resilience, and community connection.

We recognize that yoga, meditation, and sound baths cannot replace therapy, crisis care, or medical treatment. However, we also know that healing and prevention can include many layers of support: professional care, trusted relationships, accessible resources, safe community spaces, and practices that help people reconnect with their bodies and breath.

We offer experiences like this because hope can begin with something small—a safe room, a moment of rest, a compassionate community, or the reminder that someone cares.

Our intention is simple: to create a space where you can breathe, receive support, and feel less alone in whatever you may be carrying.

  • A welcoming and judgment-free environment
  • A brief grounding and introduction
  • Approximately 60 minutes of guided rest and immersive sound
