Choose it. Cut it. Create it. Make it yours! 🍂✂️🎨Turn an ordinary piece of cardboard into one-of-a-kind fall decor at Cut • Create • Celebrate: Fall Cardboard Creations!
In this hands-on maker workshop, young creators will choose from a bat, butterfly, heart, pumpkin, or skull and bring their idea to life from start to finish.
Using kid-friendly cardboard cutting tools, students will cut and shape their designs, then head to our creative materials station to make each piece completely their own with paint, color, texture, and a variety of decorating materials.
There’s no “right” way to create! Make a pumpkin spooky, silly, colorful, or classic; turn a butterfly into a fall masterpiece; create a whimsical bat; design a colorful skull; or dream up something completely unexpected.
Along the way, students will practice planning, fine-motor skills, tool use, creative problem-solving, and artistic decision-making — all while creating something they can proudly take home.
